AYOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations if false information is provided.
2. Participation
Participants agree to follow all event guidelines, instructions, and safety rules.
AYOS is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the event.
Participation in physical activities is at your own risk. Health and fitness clearance is your responsibility.
3. Sponsorship & Partnerships
Sponsors will receive benefits as agreed in the sponsorship package.
AYOS reserves the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with our values or event objectives.
4. Volunteers
Volunteers agree to perform assigned duties responsibly.
AYOS may use photos/videos that include volunteers for promotional purposes.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments for sponsorship, or services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
In case of event cancellation, AYOS will issue refunds or credits where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, and event materials belong to Ayos.
You may not use AYOS branding without prior written permission.
7. Media & Photography
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
AYOS may use these images/videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Liability
AYOS will not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during participation in the event.
Participants attend at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal insurance coverage.
9. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is required at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
10. Changes to Event or Terms
AYOS reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, or terms at any time.
